Pepper Dog Enchiladas
Heat oven to 375 °F. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked. Stir in 1/3 cup of salsa and ¾ cups of cheese.
Spoon filling into tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 9×9 dish.
Pour remaining salsa over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
