Golden Yellow Corn Bread
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry with a few swift strokes. Bake in a greased 9×9×2" pan.
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
To reduce sweetness and moistness, use 1 cup of milk, ¼ cup of sugar, ¼ cup of oil, and 1 egg.
